WELL MY FAITH IS GOING AWAY EVERYDAY I DONT KNOW WHY? I PRAY AND I REALLY WANT TO FEEL THE SPIRIT BUT IS GETTING HARD FOR ME I WANT TO DO BAD STUFF ALL THE TIME I DONT BUT I FEEL BAD..I WANT TO BE A GOOD PERSON AND DO THE BEST AND BE THE BEST I CAN..

I am like you before I go to mission, but thru constant praying and reading the scriptures your faith will strengthen. I think it's better to talk to your leaders about your problem, I know it's hard but they will be very willing to help you. I will pray for you bambie, I know it will help you even if im far away. The lord loves you and so do I as your brother. As I remember the travel of ether in the book of mormon, the lord didnt make it easier for them. They go thru storms before they arrived to the promise land.

i know bambie that you are a good person..the things that i can say to you is to talk you your leader they can help you a lot, and pray earnestly to heavenly father i know he will help you, read the scripture and attend church meetins regularly. i know heavenly father loves you so much and he dont want you to become miserable.and we are here to help you also.we love you sister so keep going dont let satan ruin your life.

Dont think of it sister.. Do not let yourself feel that your a bad person.. Always pray and fast, read the scriptures for sure you will get through this great challege.. Have faith always and try to repent..

its easy to say go to your leaders or pray , but lets face it nothing worthwhile is easyso sis don't expect to get anything unless you work hard for it sure its hard to be good, but you not giving up are you? you are trying?! like they teach "those who wont be able to endure chastisement are not worthy of the rewards from the lord" do your best , by and by you'll find it easier not bcoz the nature of it has changed but bcoz your ability to do it has increased! praying is like a phone or any device to communicate to ur love one here on earth thats our phone talking to god but one thing is good about it, one a nice signal,two no low battery,3 u dont have to push any button,and its unlimited....well if we love god and we have a problem just talk to him and i knowb he will helps us!!!but most specially its come from ur heart as in sincere!!!!with faith....

just hang in there! remember what jesus christ said "i never said it will be easy, but it will be worth it.. read ur scriptures, pray and fast often, and u cant go wrong. trust me!!

We are like batteries, we run out of charge some times..It is normal but it must not stay as a habit or else you will totally loose control over your own power. I understand how you feel, been there before.. Praying is not enough when we do it for goodness sake (as a constant must to do thing?)..We need to really connect with the LOrd. I found out that when I do not magnify my calling and attend the church regularly or forget to read the scriptures, I also lost the interests to connect with the Lord in prayer. Keep working on things. If we get results, we tend to become more receptive and needful of His presence. It works for me..Hope it will on you also.Goodluck! Do you find this valuable? |

ei i believe going to the leaders directly is not complete without having the heart to really know whats causing your strength and connection to subside..We need to figure out first then from there we can tell our bishop, HOW THINGS STARTED. Solution is not available for unlabeled problem.

Here is a story for you. One day a man was walking with an angel and they came upon a city full of people. The man noticed that there was only one evil spirit in this city and he commented to the angel,"this place must be full of righteous souls if there is only one evil spirit here." The angle replied, "Oh no. The people of this city are so weak in their fatih that it only takes one evil spirit to keep them off of the right path."The man and the angel continuede their journey, and soon saw a man struggling to climb a hill. His progress was being hindered by 7 evil spirits pulling at him and trying to drag him bacj down. The man commented to the angel, "That must be a very evil and weak man to have so any evil spirits attached to him." The angel responded, "That isthe most righteous man in this land. It takes 7 evil spirits, just to slow him down." Do not be discouraged by temptations. As one friend mentioned, Lehi and his family suffered through storms and trials. You have to know that the storms were not just a test, but the winds and the wild waves were the actual POWER that moved their ship to their destination. No progress is truly made on a calm sea.
